Workshops

From our base at Store 104, Rochester, we have been running Improv workshops since 2022. 

 

We offer classes for all abilities, from absolute beginners to experienced Improvisers, and practice both short-form and long-form. 

 

 

 

We have hosted guest workshops from specialists such as Lucy Trodd, Katy Schutte, Sarah Davies and more.

A playful mix of games, scenes and long-form. For those with previous Improv experience or those who have attended our Beginner's Course.

Playlab Playreads

A monthly Playreading club which features local playwrights, contemporary and classic works. Each month we read sections of a play aloud and discuss it's themes, context and characters.

Creative Writing Masterclass

A monthly Creative Writing Masterclass each month lead by a different expert specialising in Writing for Performance. Our experts have experience in writing for stage, screen, radio and comedy. An hours workshop, with 30 mins to network and share ideas. All workshops to be confirmed soon.
